This blue-eyed girl goddess is Duchess. Duchess is around 1-2 years old and another survivor from the Choctaw fire. Duchess is very tall – we think she may be a lab/dane mix.
Duchess is sweet, gentle and playful. She is unsure about an environment with a lot of hustle and bustle so her ideal home would be one with other dogs and no kids–not because she does not like them–but more due to the commotion they bring to a household. Duchess started off a little timid but has quickly blossomed into a cuddly, playful sweetheart. She adores soft couches, chew toys, and—most of all—belly rubs! She’ll nuzzle up to you for pets any chance she gets and loves being around her people.
Duchess is also potty trained and has great house manners. She’s looking for a patient, loving home where she can continue to build her confidence and share her endless affection.
