Honey
This sweet girl is Honey – Honey is a roughly 3 year old lab mix. She was fully neglected in every way before coming to HLR. Honey has come a long way since we got her. She has already, gained weight so her bones are no longer clearly visible, grown to love her daily walks and has learned to trust when she was given every reason not to. Now she’s just hoping to live out her doggy years full of love and peace. If you’d like a loving, easygoing, companion with a calm/sweet demeanor, Honey is the one for you! She’s potty/house trained, is crate trained but it’s not her favorite place to be, and she loves toys. She is very particular with dogs she likes and prefers if they are well-mannered and not high energy, therefore will need proper introductions if being adopted as a doggy friend or would do great as an only dog. She will also need continued socialization, but warms up to new people with pets and treats.
